PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
ï‚· Handling a channel of brokers or sub brokers along with High net worth individuals.
ï‚· Follow in house Research Reports, Company news and track company performance
ï‚· Ensuring training of Brokers is as per business requirements
ï‚· Ensuring business & regulatory hygiene standards, in face of business pressure
ï‚· Ensuring planned spread of business across diverse product lines of the company
ï‚· Ensuring Brokers are motivated and building a long term connect between the RMs and the company
