Job Description:
- Estimates and prepares requisitions of concrete raw materials for production.
- Prepare and evaluate concrete design mixes and concrete raw by trial mix test
- Check and monitor project specifications for materials and working methods. 
- Prepares and compute consumption of raw materials for concrete production and check for the quality standard of concrete raw materials & other construction materials. 

- Prepares pre-qualification documents, method statements and materials submittals for client's approval. 

- Oversees the laboratory work and ensures that instructions and procedures are executed as per quality standard and maintain updated laboratory and batching plant records

- Supervision of batching plant personnel in producing concrete ensuring that required specification is being met. 

Job Specification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 Years Experience from Precast Company

We are seeking a Production and Maintenance Engineer with solid exp in rolling stock maintenance in order to be our interface between your assigned rolling stock area and the Chief of maintenance, you will be part of one of the main rolling stock companies in Saudi Arabia which is leading several large scale railway projects.
Main Duties
• Supervision of the Warranty and Maintenance technicians .
• Manage and organize the technicians and the personnel under him/her.
• Allocate and manage resources to meet the daily production plan.
• Manage operational safety issues on a daily basis.
• Provide guidance and coaching for team members on technical and operational issues.
• Supervise depot operations in designated áreas.
• Ensure maintenance is undertaken in accordance with the maintenance plan.
• Assist with the provision of technical support at incidents off depot.
• Carry out work place inspections.
• Resolve staff issues or escalate them to the line manager, where appropriate.
• Enter all data into the MMS (Maintenance Management System).
• Leading a team to maintain the rolling stock. . 
• Intermediary between the client and the organisation on operational issues.



REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE
• At least 3 Yrs exp related with Maintenance of rolling stock, trains manufacture, and maintenance tools or equipments railway.
• English and Arabic languages are mandatory.
• Education: Industrial Engineer . 
• Experience to complete all records of actions and operations accurately and to procedures and Required knowledge of the organisation and application of maintenance Rolling stock activities. 
• Saudi National is perfered.

• Monitor the works across all sites and execute as per approved method statement, drawings and as per main contractor’s requirement.
• Make quality and safety plan and ensure implementation of that.
• Follow up of final certificate & subsequent payments from Main Contractor / Consultant.

Role and responsibilities as Estimation Engineer:

Preparation of Evaluation of Tender / Contract documents and Bill of Quantities
Preparation of Preliminary estimation, Budget estimation, Detailed estimation (With Rate Analysis) Insurance claims and administration.
Visiting site / attending pre-bid meetings.
Preparing Project Risk Analysis report.
Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare material and labor cost estimation and bid price
Conducting negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.
Preparation of List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.
Quantity take-off
Prepare technical and commercial bid, follow up until finalization.
Quantification of Variations as per revised drawings / specification and follow-up with Main Contracts / Project Managers for Site Work Instruction. (SWI)
Pricing of Variation claims, evaluation with Main Contractors / Project Managers and Finalization of Variation Orders (VO)
Monitoring disruption of the Project due to Variation Orders & Assist the Planning Manager by supporting him with all relevant information required to prepare Extension of Time Claims.
Provide and maintain all backup documentation required for substations of claims / invoices.
Monthly Progressive Billing / Invoicing and follow-up for timely payments
Maintenance and control of records related to all commercial activities as required by the contract conditions.
Forwarding contractual correspondences to the Main Contractor / Project Manager and Sub-contracts related to the contractual issues.
