You should have 10 years plus experience in Estimation and tendering for a contracting company with projects in the infrastructure sector. Roads, bridges, Tunnels, Airports, Rail projects are all valid areas where experience is looked at.

- Checking instrument location & cable routing layouts with civil & piping general arrangements to clear any mismatch, if found, before converting to master.

- Site visit verification and data collection if required.

- Incorporating all instrument technical data from project drawings into existing master drawings in Client’s EDMS if applicable as per Client standards.

• 8 to 10 years exp. In a MEP contracting company in Gulf, out of which minimum 3 years worked as a MEP Project Manager in UAE.
• Prepare Project scheduling, allocation of works to various teams, labour groups & subcontractors and conduct daily, weekly meetings with staff, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor the works across all sites and execute as per approved method statement, drawings and as per main contractor’s requirement.
• Make quality and safety plan and ensure implementation of that.
• Follow up of final certificate & subsequent payments from Main Contractor / Consultant.

Sales Engineers/Executives with minimum 5 years experience in Industrial Sales preferably in Coating Industry products. UAE driving license is mandatory. NACE/SSPC Level 1 Coating Inspector qualification will be an added advantage.

Document controller

The Document Controller reports to the Business Consultant for Implementation and is responsible for accurate management and safeguarding of documentation generated by the project team, contractors and suppliers in support of the day-to-day operation of the project and in a manner that will enable all relevant parties to quickly retrieve them. This includes, but is not limited to, operating procedures, manuals, engineering/technical reports, correspondence and project management files.

Key Responsibilities:

Control all aspects of project documentation on multiple simultaneous projects, utilizing various control methods/systems.
Prepare, operate and update Document Control Procedures in line with the Company’s Document Management System.
Ensure proper document control support is given to each project.
Produce and maintain Document Progress Reports to Project Consultant / Manager. 
Ensure all documentation provided is as per Client quality formatting requirements. Formatting may include correcting templates, fonts and style, pagination and numbering and other activities that may be required to achieve a client’s documentation requirements.
