Job Description:
- Estimates and prepares requisitions of concrete raw materials for production.
- Prepare and evaluate concrete design mixes and concrete raw by trial mix test
- Check and monitor project specifications for materials and working methods. 
- Prepares and compute consumption of raw materials for concrete production and check for the quality standard of concrete raw materials & other construction materials. 

- Prepares pre-qualification documents, method statements and materials submittals for client's approval. 

- Oversees the laboratory work and ensures that instructions and procedures are executed as per quality standard and maintain updated laboratory and batching plant records

- Supervision of batching plant personnel in producing concrete ensuring that required specification is being met. 

Job Specification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 Years Experience from Precast Company 
- Good Communication, Reporting and Computer Skills

Job Description:

Working alongside the Senior Project Manager and key partners you will be expected to:

Manage Stakeholders
● Liaise with external partners, suppliers and staff to deliver projects to agreed timescales and budgets
● Represent Talents to the highest standards ensuring courteous and timely communications at all times.
● Adhere to all memorandum of understanding and NDA agreements with partners

Operation Coordination
● Liaise with clients and act as main point of contact to ensure continuity and smooth delivery of projects 
● Support the Senior Project Manager as required representing Talents in the UAE 
● Build upon Talents projects identifying new ways to add value for existing and new clients, and maximise opportunities for client retention

Project & Line Management
● Oversee the recruitment, selection, training and operations of Expo teams on Talents UAE contracts 
● Oversee the development of staffing plans, assign and schedule staff
● Liaise with HR as required
● Manage and support staff, setting the standard for the ‘ways things are done’ 
● Manage staff appraisals and reviews
● Plan, document, review, evaluate and provide written update reports as required on projects
● Develop, implement and monitor effective operating procedures
● Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
● Manage project budgets as allocated, review and approve all operational budgets as required
● Forecast and anticipate needs, wants and concerns from staff

- Interacting with Architects, Engineers, Consultants, RTA, Contractors, Professional end users by mail, phone, and site ;
- Providing Autocad drawings required as per client requirement for lighting, Solar Street lighting and lighting control layouts.

- Knowledgeable in local and international lighting standards for Interior lighting and Roadway lighting.
