Job Description

Coordinate the project with internal team and sub-contractor with regard to time schedule, material specification and quality.
E-mail coordination and documentation of the project.
Coordinate between design, procurement, contracts, estimation and site installation
Insure handover of project within time, quality and cost proposed and give viewpoints
Reflect a good and refutable image of the company and insure all site in-charge to follow the standards
Implement safety precautions on site and develop healthy atmosphere
Follow-up with deliverables of labor and report the activities in a regular basis to Project manager
Control and follow-up with projects logistics and materials site installation.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation / Engineering
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with supervisory/ QA QC role in the Shipyard, Marine Oil & gas Industry (Oil Rigs, FPSO, FSO, Semisubmersible.

Job Purpose: 
The jobholder will be responsible for the timely Procurement and delivery of quality goods and services and manage logistics at competitive prices. Always follow the instruction of the reporting Manager, the instruction may also be related to any administrative activity or company assistance.

Key Responsibilities
ï‚·Preparation, co-ordination and implementation of consolidated procurement plans and ensure user departments adhere to it in line with approved budgets;
ï‚·Formulate the Value for Money (VFM) framework for Procurement of Goods& Services
ï‚·Preparation of Request for proposal documents
ï‚·Provide logistical support for project activities; including transport for client visits,events such as workshops, meetings, etc.
ï‚·Coordinate the receipt, opening and evaluation of quotations, tenders, or proposals for goods, services or works;
ï‚·Preparation and management of contracts in liaison with the manager for its legality and ensure proper authorization in accordance with company policies;
