•Having good filed knowledge of water proofing 
•Having good knowledge of reinforced concrete / concrete repair
•Capable to perform reporting.
•Managing construction projects.
•Ensuring equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations.
•Surveying sites.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1 Directly responsible for all Mechanical, Electrical, and instrumentation of the plant
2 Directly responsible for the daily performance of utilities such as air compressor, boiler, generator, water treatment, LPG, nitrogen, and transformer.
3 Directly responsible for technical support on statutory compliance with the electricity board, including all relevant certification and communication.
4 Maximize equipment availability by planning and managing the plant preventative maintenance system.
5 Plan & prioritize workload in order to meet required deadlines and performance standards.
6 Ensure that maintenance department activities are carried out accordingly to the scheduled plan
5 Perform breakdown maintenance as required.
6 Support procurement of spares to maintain an inventory of critical spares & monitor its usages.

The chosen candidate will also attend client meetings to provide technical information and reassurance to potential clients regarding projects’ specifications and design. The role calls for a qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in construction and building services. Knowledge of BIM software and an understanding of relevant systems is essential, as is having the technical knowledge to trouble-shoot issues promptly and efficiently, while providing expert advice on a number of operational issues. Additionally, excellent organisation, communication and people management skills, coupled with technical knowledge and expertise in the field is essential for this role
