Job Description:

Working alongside the Senior Project Manager and key partners you will be expected to:

Manage Stakeholders
● Liaise with external partners, suppliers and staff to deliver projects to agreed timescales and budgets
● Represent Talents to the highest standards ensuring courteous and timely communications at all times.
● Adhere to all memorandum of understanding and NDA agreements with partners

Operation Coordination
● Liaise with clients and act as main point of contact to ensure continuity and smooth delivery of projects 
● Support the Senior Project Manager as required representing Talents in the UAE 
● Build upon Talents projects identifying new ways to add value for existing and new clients, and maximise opportunities for client retention

Project & Line Management
● Oversee the recruitment, selection, training and operations of Expo teams on Talents UAE contracts 
● Oversee the development of staffing plans, assign and schedule staff
● Liaise with HR as required
● Manage and support staff, setting the standard for the ‘ways things are done’ 
● Manage staff appraisals and reviews
● Plan, document, review, evaluate and provide written update reports as required on projects
● Develop, implement and monitor effective operating procedures
● Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
● Manage project budgets as allocated, review and approve all operational budgets as required
● Forecast and anticipate needs, wants and concerns from staff
● Forecast and anticipate needs, wants and concerns from the client
● Take care of your personal health and safety and that of others and report any health and safety concerns.

Minimum Experience :
At least 10 years experiences in major oil/gas projects in similar position or lead/principal Civil Engineer with  
Engineering Contractor / Consultant organization. 
• Good knowledge/experience on local and international legislation related to Fire prevention and protection, including
NFPA, BS, Shell, API, JIS Standards.
Other requirement:
Has adequate knowledge of all international codes, standards and other construction practices to be utilised during 
FEED and EPC Phases of project execution. 
Additional experience with Middle East projects will be distinctly preferable. 
Experience of EPC company organization(not only Engineering company)
Experience of Project Management Consultancy organization
Knowledge of calculator for civil / structural
Knowledge of ADNOC CoP"
