Business Development Manager Dubai


We are a new company currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to help develop new business opportunities. The role is based in Dubai and only candidates already based in Dubai will be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
Sourcing new business opportunities and developing sales plans and technical solutions in conjunction with the technical team
Essential Skills and Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development / sales experience of heavy trucks and trailers in the UAE focusing on shipping companies
Develop a database of potential and existing customers
Successful track record gained in a sales role of negotiating and securing large value accounts
Maintain timely and accurate records in the relevant systems and communicate trades of the day to the relevant parties
Good understanding of the market
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Valid UAE Driving License
Candidate Profile
Interpersonal and Negotiating skills
Confident and outgoing personality
Fluency in English is essential

Compensation
Basic Salary: AED4000 per month

The Client Relationship Agent (“CRA”) shall be responsible for the recruitment of new Principatus
Life policy holders.
The CRA shall seek qualified candidates and businesses that may be benefited from the products
offered by Principatus Life and its affiliates including, but not limited to, the Wealth Builder Life
Insurance product.
The CRA shall be supervised by the Executive Vice President of Regional Annuity Management
and/or His or Her Assigns.

REQUIRED DUTIES
1. The CRA shall learn all aspects of the Principatus Wealth Builder Life Insurance product.
2. The CRA shall identify prospective clients to be benefited by the products of Principatus
Life. He or she shall contact these clients and shall establish quality relationships in order
to facilitate a potential product sale.
3. The CRA shall represent Principatus Life in a fashion that is completely and wholly
professional with a focus on excellent appearance, eloquent communication, sophisticated
understanding of private banking, and effective investment. The CRA shall communicate
an image of stability, power and performance at all times.
4. The CRA shall maintain excellent contact with each client and shall always maintain
punctuality and timely communication.
5. The CRA shall work toward the sale of the products of Principatus Life with each client,
taking into account the specific needs and requirements of each client. Upon the closure
of the sale, the CRA shall submit the proper documentation to Principatus Life.
6. The CRA shall maintain regular contact with his or her Direct Supervisor by means of email
, telephone or in-person means of communication and on a schedule set by the
Direct Supervisor.
7. The CRA shall attend all requested meetings and training sessions in order to maintain a
mastery of skill and product knowledge.

WORK ENVIRONMENT SUMMARY
The CRA shall be permitted to work from his or her home environment and according to his or
her own schedule. The CRA shall provide an update to his or her Direct Supervisor as requested
by the Direct Supervisor, but shall not be required to attend a daily meeting or to spend time in

My client is a highly reputable successful boutique financial services firm. Currently an opportunity exists for a Client Service Officer who has had 12 month experience working within a financial planning firm 
In this challenging role you will involved in supporting one advisers in regards to customer care of key clients.  You will be the first point of contact for all client queries, be involved in implementation duties and diary management for the adviser.  In addition to this you will be inputting RoA’s into their software system (visiplan) and other general administration duties.
To be considered for this role you will have experience in a client services or support role within either a large or boutique financial planning environment.  You will have a strong understanding of the financial planning process along with strong communication and MS Office skills.  Ideally you will have begun or completed your DFP studies, however people with solid experience will also be considered.  Exposure to Visiplan or another financial planning software package is preferred.
