CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR DUBAI
This group has developed a solid reputation for delivering high-end interiors solutions to a broad client base including banks, corporate offices, health care, retail and leisure industry sectors on projects to $5M. My client has a great reputation for training and developing it’s people to a very high standard and has already produced several top class Site and Project Managers.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate's role would include:
Tender trade packages to contractors•
Sub-contractor• negotiations
Assisting preparation of budgets•
Preparation of• progress claims
Liasing with management regarding contracts•
• Administering progress payments and contract variations
The successful candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in construction management and have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Contracts Administrator role with some experience on fit out or refurbishment projects. Solid communication, negotiation and organisational skills are essential coupled with the ability to work effectively in a team environment will be key to success in this role.
