Hafele GmbH is a well established international manufacturer and distributor of Architectural Hardware and Furniture Fittings, as well as our Dialock hotel locking system. We are currently expanding our GCC business under the control of the UAE sales office and are looking for dynamic and experienced people to join our development working from our regional Dubai office.
The ideal candidates must have a proven background in project architectural hardware or furniture fittings, be self motivated and able to work independently. Your objectives should be to successfully manage some of our major project accounts on and off site, or be able to read and understand drawings and schedules. You must have a thorough understanding of the construction business.

3-4 years worth of completed IT/Digital projects as project lead; great track-record in handling both back-end and front-end project streams as team manager

Advanced communication skills: responsible for ensuring the smooth collaboration between UX designers/product owner/coders/agencies and further stakeholders

Solid knowledge of agile/scrum approach with the proven ability to lead development efforts in different settings

Perfectionist in execution, high attention to detail and ownership


Your responsibilities will include:

Manage a technical IT/Digital project in terms of scope, pre-requisites, risks, quality assurance, execution and acceptance

Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

Track project milestones and deliverables. 

Lead the comprehensive analysis including planning, development and implementation of a mobile based application

Run the business and technical analysis of the project idea, determine required resources and ensure that all specifications are structured, aligned and documented. 

Validate proposals, ensure feasibility and explore execution options

Manage 3rd party expertise/teams incl. coders, designers and consultants. Deliver success as per scope/schedule/plan/budget, minimizing and mitigating project risks

Analyze project feedback and enhancement requests; ensure business goals are met with heavy focus on UX, quality and timely execution

Track project status and supervise the development/coding progress on a regular basis; ensure the quality of the work completed

Create and deliver status reports on the projects
