Project Control Manager SYSTRA Qatar The Role The Project Controls Manager will be responsible for developing, managing and executing all phases of the project controls effort and will manage a unique team of Project Control Engineers/Specialists, Cost/QS, Planners, and Document Controllers who are qualified to analyze, evaluate, and forecast project costs, as well as performance against an established schedule with critical milestones, and to meet control requirements of the project. This is a Senior management position. 6. Interpret & review system drawings to identify any difference to tender requirements and raise queries against specification 

7. Interpret and follow Company tendering processes and procedures to ensure all aspects of tenders are met including relevant discipline codes and standards. 

8. Ask for clarification related to scope of work in comparison with RFP and Survey report , if required. 

9 Prepare tender documentation queries to consultants/clients to confirm and collect any missing data including; insurance, VAT and any regional requirements; To identify the scope of service that needs to be outsourced.
