Job description: Draughtsman – ELV (Extra Low Voltage)
Experience: 2 to 4 Years in preparing ELV /Electrical shop drawings in UAE
Immediately available.
Job Location- Dubai / Ajman
Salary- Based on Experience
Responsibilities Include:
Create detailed CAD drawings for construction and as-built drawing submittals
Site survey on client location
Create detailed CAD drawing for on-site work and proposals
Prepare schematic diagram for ELV systems, CCTV, Network cable systems etc.Prepare drawings as per SIRA and Civil Defense Regulation and issue for approval.
Review all individual drawings, check quality & participate in quality control checks and solve technical issues which is rising on the site.
Assisting the estimation department in taking quantities from the tender drawings.
Prepare the detailed site quantities requirement based on the consultants approved drawings
Maintain records of design, specification and prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.
Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.All other responsibilities which company will assign time to time upon requirement.

Project assistant Dubai

Job description: Skills Requirements for Project Assistant
Minimum work experience – 5 years
Technical Skills
1) Technical background from Engineering or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical
2) Basic to good understanding of machines.
3) Should be able to understand and work with machine drawings
4) Should be able to review Technical configurations of machines and work with the responsible teams
in case of clarifications / queries.
IT Skills
1) Atleast 5+ years of experience working in previous jobs with Microsoft Office – Word / Excel /
Powerpoint
- Should be able to generate and manage reports using Excel (Tables / Pivot / Charts etc).
- Should be able to work with formulae, create lists and other excel tools on a regular basis.
- Should be able to create and manage Presentations using Power Point advanced tools.
- Fluent in working with Microsoft Word for creating quotations and other documents on a daily
basis.
2) Excellent understanding of using computers for day to day office work.
3) Experience with using Online Document Management system tool in previous jobs would be an
advantage.
Soft Skills
1) Excellent Communication skills.
2) Should have experience with Document Filing system in office (5+ years).
- Experience on creating and managing reports and files both in paper files and online.

-Professional and Familiar with detailed design and to handle full set of working drawings.
-Able to provide creative and well thought through design solutions;
-Make Good communication and presentation of the design with clients.
-Make good coordination with external vendors for coordinating technical issues and material sourcing.

Position Requirements
-Diploma or above qualified in an architectural or interior design related discipline.
‧Minimum 3-5 years experience in relevant field.
-Strong passion in interior design and willing make more efforts in Start-up company
-Make good cooperation with supervisor and colleague.
-Proficiency in Auto CAD, Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Sketch up and other design based skills
