Job description:
- Take the lead of our design projects in cooperation with the sales team or with outsourced designers and participate in the acquisition of those projects
- Make proposal to the management for the display styling and merchandising and monitor the implementation of the approved solutions and ideas.
- Follow up with the market design trends and ensure the optimal selection of products to be ordered for the showrooms or kept in the library and submit it to the management for validation prior to delivering the order request to the supply chain department.
- Build close and good relations with potential and existing professionals, and do a proper follow up in close coordination with the sales team.
- Provide the appropriate information to update the project and suppliers database.
- Represent the companies in the international fairs, assist in ordering products and finding new sources of products

Job Role:
1. At least minimum 5 years work experience in a similar in an Interior Design Company
2. Software Proficiency in latest version of 3D max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, V-ray is a plus.

4. Holding a Valid UAE Driving License
5. Plan and design spaces and structures, commercial, residential and other structural property.
6. Formulate design and details which are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes
7. Ensure design production to ensure client’s requirements are reflected.
8. Produces construction documents and specifications.
9. Reviews shop drawings and submittals for approval.
10. Ability to communicate construction methods to contractors via working drawings.

12. Oversee and Handle Site Work to ensure accuracy of all works are according to designs, plans and drawings.
