-Create own clients’ database, generate own database and leads out of coordination with developers, property managers and administrators. Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.

Job Qualifications and Experience

* The applicant must have a relevant Degree or Diploma from a recognized university.
* At least 1+ years of experience in real estate market.
* Should be able to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Excellent sales, negotiation as well as communication skills.
