The UAE office will be the basis for trading activities in the Asian market  
German HQ will define the strategy which goods to be purchased from which Asian supplier 
Responsibilities in this role
Coordinate purchasing of large quantities for specific goods from Asian suppliers
Create and process contract
Payment processing
Take care of interim storage if necessary
Coordinate selling of goods to customers
Create and process contract
Invoice processing and monitoring
Take care of delivery in time
Preparation of all documents for accountant and tax advisor (external partner)
Run the office and be available as local representative
This role offers a high responsibility. You will be the primary representative of this company and the only person on site in the office. . Legally you will report to the GM of the company who is located on a different site in UAE.

Our medium-sized manufacturing company with international operation is recruiting a dedicated and experienced Administration & Logistics Manager to support Directors and manage a team. 

You will take control of all the administration and logistics functions, i.e. you will ensure the proper execution of all transport to and from our factories, and all organisational procedures related to HR, liaison with regulatory bodies and authorities.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

LOGISTICS: 
Scheduling and Coordinating supplies to and from customer sites 
Resolving problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports
Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
Monitoring product import and export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements
Coordinating and controlling the order cycle of ingoing and outgoing shipments
Managing of logistic personal, Coordinating drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys
Liaising with customers and suppliers
Coordination with shipment agents for smooth transition of all overseas shipments from port to factory 
Ensuring health and safety procedures according to companies,  HSE regulations
