As a Construction Project Manager, you will be the primary liaison for the client through the development process. In this capacity you are responsible for the pre-development, pre-construction, construction and close out phases of each project. You are directly responsible for representing the client in managing site construction through communication and alignment of the construction schedule, contracted service and quality control. The Project Manager, Construction works periodically at the client's project site and utilizes internal resources. Additional responsibilities will include ensuring technical accuracy of work in the production of construction documents for our clients.

Minimum Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture,  Engineering or Construction Management
• 5 years of experience managing construction projects in a team environment
• 8 years of experience in Architecture working on the production of construction documents
• Previous experience as a Consultant in the retail, grocery, food service or convenience store/petroleum industry preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office , salary open                     

Fit out engineer Dubai

Work related to interior fit out 
• Work with discipline engineers to develop detailed design drawings
• Should be able to prepare Presentation and Detailed Drawing as well as Execution Drawing as per Governing Authority requirements.
• To understand design and drafting systems and standards followed by Clients and implement in work.
• Must work well as part of project team and be conscious of the need to meet the deadlines.
• Preparation of shop and preparing detailed drawings for Infrastructure
• Co-ordination with site engineer
• Preparation of Tender, Detailed Design Drawings as per client requirements and
• Redesigning Tender Drawings & Arrange Drawing for Resubmission as per Client
• Preparation of base plan, long section drawings and as-built drawing
• Co-ordination in preparation of Design Documents, Reports & Detailed drawing
• Using Autocad 3D and 3 D Max/Lumen/or any 3D software for Civil and architectural projects
Requirement :
- Qualification: Diploma Civil Engineering / Certified Civil Draftsman Course
- Experience: 2 years in Interior Design Projects in Dubai 
- Should have excellent speed with accuracy and preciseness in Autocad.
- Should have knowledge of Material, Lighting, and Viewing Angle for preparing 3D.
- Passion to work irrespective of time if required.
- Should be able to work out Quantity from the drawings.
- Should have knowledge of 3d software
