They are currently seeking to employ the services of a Head of Project Management to lead a team of project managers. Head of Project Management - Building Services MT 6797/14 Reporting directly to the CEO, the head of project management will be responsible for overseeing the progress and development of the company’s long-term local and international projects. Leading a team of consultants, project managers and engineers, the chosen candidate will be responsible for specifying project objectives, assigning projects and delegating tasks, budgeting, selecting project participants and setting the overall performance requirements. The chosen candidate will also be responsible for recommending changes to procedures, while ensuring the continuous development of systems and tools to improve the entire planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction process – both on-site and off-site. To be considered for this highly interesting role, you must be a qualified engineer with at least 6 years’ experience in project management within the construction or building services industries. Being a highly technical and knowledgeable leader with a hands-on approach to work and an excellent command of BIM programs and systems is essential for this role. Additionally, excellent organisation, communication and people management skills, coupled with technical knowledge and expertise in the field is essential
