Must be familiar with the local regulations, business practices, market environment, documentation requirements.
Manage customer complaints, follow up internally, make effective communication with customers and address complaints to the satisfaction of customers.
Manage Accounts receivables and ensure that all sale proceeds and collections are accounted, reconciled, collected and submitted to finance department.
3-4 years working experience in a similar role in selling Consumer Electronics & Appliances.
Graduate/Post Graduate from recognized university.
