Key Accountabilities:

a) Update all relevant parties (including seller and buyer) on due payments and send periodic reports.
b) Ensure all activities are prioritized upon raising aspirations, providing an excellent service to customers and meet their individual needs.
c) Provide a comprehensive explanation to the landlord and explain NOC and transfer process.
d) Liaise with all parties including sellers, buyers, Sales Advisors, solicitors, financial institutions, property evaluators and developers to ensure smooth and quick completion of sales transactions.
e) Achieve set sales targets and ensure properties are transferred efficiently.
f) Coordinate with all related authorities, including but not limited to developers, agencies, finance institutions, DEWA, and utility providers in order to obtain certificates or letters required for a smooth transaction.
g) Handle effectively all administrative documents related to sales once signed MOUs are obtained from both parties.
Provide payment plan to buyer and request for “Manager’s Cheque” that must be prepared for transfer stage, as well as any service charges required.
h) Act as the main point of contact for the buyer throughout NOC and transfer process, and ensure all queries are answered effectively and efficiently.

An ideal candidate should have below mentioned;

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Business or Finance)

Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of Real Estate Market
Knowledge in obtaining legal documents, certificates, NOCs from various Governments Agencies and Transfer of ownership process at the Land Department Trustee Office. 
RERA license issued from Dubai Land Department (Preferably)
