- Align, fit and assemble component parts, using hand tools, power tools,fixtures, templates and microscopes.
-Analyze and record test results, prepare written testing documentation.
- Inspect parts for surface defects.
- Read blueprints,schematics,diagrams and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly.
- Repair, rework and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies and systems to meet operational specifications and tolerances.
- Prepare Hand as-Built.
- Prepare Daily Reports.

As a CNC Machinist , you will be responsible for: • Manufacturing and reworking parts from start to finish in a timely manner, according to Baker Oil Tools specifications. • Reading and understanding Engineering machine drawings, Process charts, check sheets and work-related documents. • Performing CNC operations like, set appropriate CNC Mazatrol programme , Tools & job setting, Turning, BoringDrilling, Thread cutting, Milling, usage of appropriate special gauges and measuring instruments. Operating within standard operating procedure and adhering to safety practices. • Checking manufactured parts for accuracy according to QAS procedures. • Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations and setup requirements. • Conducting thorough housekeeping of machinery and work area. • Performing daily maintenance of machinery; start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjust machine controls as required. • Moving parts to and from assigned workstations.
