Key ResponsibilitiesInspection & Quality Control
• Conduct in-process and final finishing inspections on manufactured products.
• Verify product dimensions, appearance, functionality, and overall workmanship.
• Inspect materials, components, and finished goods based on approved specifications and drawings.
• Perform visual, mechanical, and functional checks according to quality standards.
• Identify, document, and classify defects or non-conformities.

Documentation & Reporting
• Complete inspection reports, checklists, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and product status.
• Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams in a timely manner.

Process & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal quality procedures.
• Monitor finishing processes such as painting, coating, polishing, assembly, labeling, and packaging.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality audits.

Collaboration
• Work closely with production, engineering, and QA teams to resolve quality issues.
• Provide feedback to operators and supervisors to prevent reoccurrence of defects.
