Process invoices with banks. Follow up on all payments to make sure that clients are not being charged default interest
Collect and distribute building permits. Assess building inspection reports to determine whether practical completion has been reached. Arrange building insurance quotes. Liaise with property managers to complete handover and tenancy of constructed properties. Arrange site inspections
