We are looking for a talented and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our F&B team at the savoy hotels, the Europe’s most exciting resort, forming part of firmont's Collection. 

Reporting directly to the F&B Director, he/she has direct responsibility for the day-to-day management of Restaurant operation including ensuring at all times customer satisfaction, and high quality of service as required by the resort and company standards

In particular he/she will deal with:

He/she is responsible for all operations of restaurant ensuring the highest level of service.
He/she coordinate the staff, ensuring the proper timing of delivering of customers commands, and the maximum customer care.
He/she is responsible for the correct setting of the restaurant, ensuring the proper application of the resort and company standards.
He/she takes care of guests, suggesting them and verifying their needs and special request and making sure all the guest needs are properly fulfilled by the staff of restaurant.
He/she coordinates all the restaurant staff, ensuring perfect customer service, excellent grooming and an accurate and precise service.
He/she is responsible for the promotion of the restaurant, he/she suggests and invites guest to special events, promoting kitchen menu, and wine list, coordinating with Executive Chef and Sommelier.
He/she is responsible for the managing of restaurant staff, in terms of shifts and organization.

Ideally candidates have 3 – 4 years of experience in the same role within luxury properties and/or luxury restaurant, excellent F&B operational skills, good F&B sales knowledge, excellent customer satisfaction awareness, good administration and financial skills.

As a Laundry Supervisor you are responsible to ensure that laundry service, required by our client is met on time and with the highest possible standards, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as: 

•Assist Laundry Manager in enforcing policies, procedures, rules and regulations
• •Supervise and monitor the performance of the laundry employees in order to maintain established standards and provide efficient service to the customers.
•Responsible for proper handling of linen, uniforms, guest laundry and outlet laundry and establish standards and procedures to ascertain quality of work performed  
•Follow up with engineering department on preventive maintenance and repair orders 
•Check daily production according to priorities and assist in the activities of the maker 
•Counter checks that all items processed are spotlessly clean as per hotel standards and guest satisfaction 
•Ensure that laundry employees are knowledgeable about the Laundry operations and its facilities. 
• Must have knowledge of washing and pressing methods on Steam and Hand Pressing Machines and Tables, to train the new employees.
• Handle all the complaints and issues of clients and customers and assist and solve them with the most adequate available time and report it to the higher management. 
• The knowledge of washing formulas for bulk wash is a must. 
• Daily Laundry Supplies/Usage Report Submission. 
• Must have knowledge of Commercial Laundry Machines and their operations. Must have knowledge of Chemicals being used in the commercial laundry industries. 
• Should affectively and routinely update the technical and maintenance team of any issues

Duties & Responsibilities
