Job Duties And Responsibilities
• System design and supervision.
• Design of low/medium voltage electrical systems.
• Identify and develop cost savings opportunities and capital upgrades relating to Renewable Energy (Solar PV, Battery Storage etc..) electrical systems, and energy management systems.
• Able to perform energy audits and retro-commissioning type activities; includes identifying energy savings measures, calculating energy savings, estimating implementation costs and prepare assessment reports
• Must have good knowledge of Renewable Energy, Solar PV, Energy Storage etc.
• Deliver and manage work with minimal or no guidance including the design, development, and implementation of efficiency and/or commissioning projects

Education Qualifications
• Electrical or Renewable energy engineer

Experience Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of relevant work experience
• Possess highly developed interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
• Low/medium voltage design
• Ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of energy-efficient technologies, their application and energy auditing; familiarity with the use of standard energy engineering software, measurement and verification of savings for performance contracts, and project cost accounting and estimating as well as general experience with design, construction, and AutoCAD.

Safety Engineer provides support to projects in the construction of safety cases and other safety related deliverables as specified on an individual project. The role is focused on a large and complex project and work includes: pro-active provision of technical expertise on safety issues to the project systems and design teams, the delivery of safety related assessment. Work in coordination with the safety focal point for a given project and with support from the Safety in order to: generate safety programme plans and agree such programmes with the project and the customer, commensurate with the requirements. Conduct a series of system and sub-system safety activities in support of this plan during all life cycle phases including, but not limited to: hazard identification exercises (Swift and Hazop). Hazard management and risk analysis, including fault tree and event tree analysis. Construction of safety arguments and statements. Provide support to internal and external project.     Project Coordinator  
    - Logging, monitoring and approval of latest drawing and specification releases (direct interface with Design team).
    - Logging, monitoring and approval of all Shop drawing submittals and approvals(direct interface with Tenant Design team)
    - Logging and monitoring, issue and follow up on all RFIs from / to Trade Contractors to completion.
    - Issue, in consultation with Project Manager, any NCR's as necessary and monitor timely close out.
    - Hold regular meetings to coordinate key design approvals and tasks in alignment with construction program and Trade Contract documentation.
    - Direct interfacing with Trade Contractors site supervision to ensure timely delivery to meet program, and quality standards.
    - Daily monitoring of site progress, quality and safety.
    - Coordinate with all parties to ensure the perfect work flow during all phases of shop drawing, execution, installation and submittal.

    REQUIREMENTS
    To be considered for this position, you must be able to demonstrate similar previous experience, as a project coordinator within the fit out industry, ideally on medium sized hospitality fit out projects in the middle to upper scale market range (4 Star, or higher).

    This role will suit someone with a positive and pro-active attitude who is ambitious and looking for an opportunity to further develop their skills.

    The successful candidate should have:
    - Minimum 5 years experiences in fit out construction within the UAE
    - An Architectural or Civil degree
    -The ability to manage and control the time, cost and quality of a project

    -The ability to work as part of a team, as well as under own initiative
