Job Description: The individual shall be responsible for maintaining and managing Windows Application and Database Server hardware and software.
Candidate shall manage over 200 Transaction Kiosk from Central NOC. In case of kiosk hardware failure the person will be responsible to provide the field support. Server OS patch management, Anti-virus management, daily testing and monitoring of connectivity between kiosks and the central application
Provide L1 support to field engineers. Performing daily incremental backup on optical drive

Qualifications: Diploma in hardware and networking with minimum 3 years of experience.

Person should be conversant with following:
· Installation of Windows Server
· Installation of DB (Windows authentication and other)
· Kiosk windows operating system, device drivers
· Adding hardware to PC motherboard (RAM, Drive, Serial Cards)
