- Sales Account Manager
We are looking for dynamic and result oriented account manager with long term commitment to ensure success of the customer value chain and our progressive business. Candidate should be personnel with passion for sales and selling experience of IT solutions and products in the UAE market.
You will be responsible to develop and expand long term relationship with customers, linking with key business executives, identify potential business requirements and convert them to real life projects. Specific responsibilities include:
- Key point of contact for all customer business requirements related to the profile of interest
- Maintain trusted and long relationship to ensure recurring business with the clients
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and solutions
- Ensure progressive business attainment. Business forecast through periodic update
- Periodic update of both technology and business skills as governed by internal or supply organizations. Use them for new and incremental business
Requirements
- Proven track record as account manager or similar role, in the UAE market with minimum three years experience and assigned revenue target
- Experience in offering and closing IT projects and solutions at the enterprise level
- Ability to gather customer requirements and advise effectively to create new business opportunity
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence the stakeholders at all levels in the client organization
- Ability to manage multiple offering among multiple customers , ensuring highest quality and delivery standards
- Excellent verbal , written communication, and negotiation skills
- UAE driving license
- Bachelor degree in business /IT or equivalent
- Mastery of common office package ( MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of a Technical Team Leader will include:
Manage the day-to-day the Software Development Life Cycle operations using Microsoft Solutions Framework(MSF).
Ability to produce project documentations including: Requirement Specification Document, Functional Specification Document, Project Delivery Manuals etc.
