A great position has become vacant for a billings officer, in this position you will have the following. you will handle the day to day responsibilities of the role and assist with reports directed into the finance director and is responsible for ensuring all work is billed to clients in a timely and accurate fashion. Sales and Business Development Manager Dubai
• Responsible and accountable for the marketing and sales function in the MEA region. Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the MEA market and tap market demands to position services and solutions of SNEL.
• Deliver against the business plan which includes revenue and P & L for the region.
• Ensure diversity of customers, geography and portfolio in the region.
• Manage and develop contacts, identify potential partnerships and develop vendor eco system to meet the goals of the region.
• Ensure key account management and customer delight
• End to end Bid Management responsibility which includes driving the RFx process by coordinating with the portfolio, finance and delivery teams in the head quarters.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and proper execution of contracts.
General Management and Customer satisfaction
• General management responsibilities for the branch, which includes ensuring compliances, HR, admin and logistics management as required.
• Ensuring customer delight through relationship building, ensuring on time delivery with quality and handling escalations adeptly.
• Oversee delivery and be on top of project risks and cost factors.
Budgeting / Costing
• Responsible for the creation of annual departmental operating budgets in conjunction with the HQ
• Same as above regarding annual department capital budgets with justification analysis.
• Regularly report on, with explanation, approved department budget performance year to date.

We expect as a minimum:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
- 2- 3 years accounting experience
- Salary in the range of 4-5k / month
- Maintain up-to-date billing system, accounts receivable customer files and records.
- Preparation & recording of invoices and follow up with clients for timely payments.
- Preparing Bank Reconciliation, Payroll processing and calculation of overtime pay for staffs.
- Ensure smooth operations of accounting process, General Ledger, Account Receivables, Account Payables & Payroll.
- Preparing Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/c and Balance Sheet.
- Process all purchase invoices and payments, expenses and petty cash vouchers
- Monthly Finalization of Financial Statements including Balance Sheet & profit & Loss Account.
- Monthly expense variance analysis and revenue analysis
- Carry out clerical tasks and errands to assist others, ordering office supplies.
- Managing all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Office related backend admin support which may be required from time to time.
