Job Responsibilities:-
To be present at the assigned counter and engage with the shoppers and drive sales for the products.
Achievement of monthly target
Complete all sales support duties as assigned by Field Manager
Coordinates with relevant team members to ensure no out of stock in-store 
Possesses a high standard of personal image in compliance with corporate guidelines for grooming and dress code of Brand. 
Bring the brand personality to life in-store 
Generates trial of product through tester and skin consultation 
Ensures an excellent level of customer service is maintained. 
Build relationship with shoppers in the store 
Maintaining excellent counter presentation such as planogram implementation, adherence to POSM implementation guidelines and housekeeping standards according company guidelines.

Maintain data (Attendance, day-wise off take reporting, shopper database, etc.) as required by Business

6) Confers with customer to determine type of material and garment style desired.

7) Positions pattern of garment parts on fabric, and cuts fabric along outlines, using scissors.

8) Measures customer for size, using tape measure and records measurements.

9) Fits basted garment on customer and marks areas requiring alterations.
