JOB DESCRIPTION:

The candidate for this position will have two responsibilities:
1- Assistant for R&D Team:
➢ To assist in different routine quality analysis and other laboratory activities such as cell collection and preparation of buffers, media and reagents.
➢ To assist R&D team in drafting a strategic course of actions in terms of publication including elaboration of raw data, scientific interpretation of data and preparations of key figures/tables or power point presentations
​Animal lab Technician:
➢ To assist the Biomedical Researcher in all related animal laboratory activities by performing operational, administrative and technical tasks
➢ Responsible in providing comprehensive care for all species of laboratory animals at the site, including: daily health observations, feeding/watering, sanitizing primary and secondary enclosures, environmental enrichment, handling and restraint and other elated tasks
Qualifications:
At least one-year experience in an animal laboratory, with a research background.
Bachelor’s degree in biology, veterinary science, or any field of study related to the animal science/Husbandry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mission

As a Team Leader, ensure that every technician/compounder works following our processes. 
Manage and distribute workloads. Supervise the production of the laboratory and be in constant contact with our internal customers to make sure their requirements are met.
Daily update and analyze our KPIs (production, capacity, quality…). 
Responsible of operating and controlling the Cobra machine to make sure performs efficiently.
Responsible for providing a detailed production scheduling in order to ensure the best service to the customers.
Planning execution following stock parameters defined in HQ.
Responsible for analyzing and providing the future resources planning accordingly with the demand to the laboratory production area to facilitate and optimize the production efficiency.

Functions 

Manage the operators to produce all the workload planned to be done during the shift
Analyze the shift capacity vs workload planned, to ensure everything is doable. 
Update and analyze our KPIs (productivity, dosage quality, capacity…).
Check that everything is being done with our standard procedures.
Aromacis and SAP Key user.
Prepare and plan the production schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation.
Verify material availability of all components prior to releasing work orders to production.
