Main role will be as below -
Ensure dishes are prepared to recipes and consistency is maintained in the dish out of all orders.
Ensure each dish that goes out of the department kitchen is of highest standard and quality.
Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in the daily operation and work
Work according to the instructions of Superiors
Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel
Control food stock and food cost in his section
Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks
Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation
Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control

Job description: The Profile
The Executive Chef is responsible for maximizing the productivity of the kitchen staff, as well as managing the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie. You will also be responsible for ensuring all culinary standards in all sections comply with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
• Ensure that all orders from the kitchen / commissaries are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes
• Organize and set-up the kitchen / commissary as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximize productivity
• Check daily all storage areas and keep the orders to par or accordance to the volume of business.
• Ensure that all employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform at all times
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
• Previous role as Executive Chef in a 5 Star Luxury hotel with strong F & B background
• Experiences in the GCC region
• Excellent communications skills in English & European national ( Please note that this is due to a specific requirement and not based on discrimination)
• Original , innovative, expressive, spontaneous and fun
• Reporting to the EAM i/c of F & B
• People management skills
• Training and development skills
• SOP implementation experience
• Excellent computer knowledge
