 Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate
individuals.
 Prepare and distribute minutes of meeting, notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
 Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers word
processing.
 Control access to all documents i.e. drawings, photos, plans & procedures, contracts and others.

 Update the logs of Supplier’s payment, Cheque payment voucher
 Prepare the cheque payment for the supplier and subcontractor and handle the cheque for releasing.
