Job description     
The Operations Manager will be responsible for day- to- day operations, managing the organizations HR, helping & creating organizational structure & ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for financial & operation’s functions.He will serve as an advisor to all levels of management on all aspects of real estate, productivity and operational best practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise the property maintenance staff & structures through close monitoring and implementing preventive maintenance scheme
Coordinate and manage the Housekeeping Department to ensure proper hygienic standards are maintained throughout the property
Assist in design layout and installing furniture to maintain a pleasing and friendly environment
Supervise the security department and to ensure proper safety procedures are implemented and followed
Assist the maintenance and security department in providing recommendations and feedback regarding the new procedures for potential enhancements
Ensure that the reception and marketing department maintain positive relationship with retailers and customers
Responsible in assigning the existing staff in cleaning & maintenance of newly allocated property

Assist Rental Coordinator with Property Management of Residential and Commercial Properties
Attend internal meetings to ensure the department’s effective partnering with organizational departments
