We are a start company seeking a experienced Business Development Manager in the Healthcare Recruitment Industry in the UAE.  You will be responsible for bringing in new business and assisting the recruitment team.
We currently supply Filipino nurses to the UK and UAE so your main responsibility will be to successfully gain new business with the private and government hospitals in the UAE and get them to use us to recruit their nurses.
You must have at least 2 yrs experience in recruitment and business development and know how the healthcare system works here.  You must be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, excellent time management and proven sales skills. salary is negotiable

The HR person will be:

Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line Managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.

Prepare the Job Posting as per ICBA standards
Post vacancies on ICBA's website and advertise on other medians as required
Maintain and organize Resumes/Applications' database
Source and look for relevant recruitment solutions if required
Initially screen resumes based on the Job Description
Send out the screened resumes to the selection committee to do the short listing
Schedule, coordinate with shortlisted candidates for interviews
To be part of interviewing committee when required to fill out the Interview Assessment Sheet
verify applicant references, certification/licensure and educational credentials
Regulate the pre-offer procedures, terms and conditions
Coordinate with new hires, conduct orientations and on-boarding procedures

Respond to employees' queries, including but not limited to benefits claims, medical network, and policies.
3- Training and Development Coordination:
Conduct internal training needs analysis
Coordinate with different training companies to design suitable training courses as per the needs.
Organize for the suitable date, time, delegates, and other required logistics..
Coordinate with divisions and units to fill out the training request form
Conduct the training evaluation survey after the course. 
4- Prepare HR correspondences and official letters using Arabic and English language if required.
5- Conduct HR surveys when required like: new hires survey, satisfaction survey, exist survey, training needs survey...etc
6- Any other HR function as requested from the supervisorQualifications and ExperienceBachelor Degree in HRM or any related Business Studies from a reputed university.
Knowledge about the basic HR functions and procedures
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proactive personality and a team-oriented individual.
