The successful candidate would be required to have specific knowledge within the field of construction industry or volume manufacturing environment. The candidate will ideally have previous experience within the fire industry, with experience of fire system applications and installation practices.
The specific skills and knowledge are as follows; Have knowledge in the design and development of new products - Fluent with using AutoCAD Computer Aided Design packages, also previous experience of 3D CAD. Design of medium/ high volume assembled electro/ mechanical components. Have experience in the design of small pressings, high volume thermoplastic injection mouldings, electro/ mechanical parts. Good knowledge of injection moulding process and tool construction. Have the ability to select and integrate proprietary off the shelf components into designs. Experience of tolerance analysis, Stress analysis and change management. Have the ability to select and integrate off the shelf components into designs.
The following skills are desirable; Design, applications and installation practices of Fire Detection Control Systems. Primary differences between fire market requirements throughout Europe. Competent with and using an ERP system ideally SYSPRO or SAP. Experience of acoustic Horn design principles, and Strobe and Lens Design principles. analysis. Experience of six sigma tools and philosophies. salary up to 110 K USD

Requirements:
