Role Responsibility & Accountabilities
Produce drawings for the Development department to use in obtaining planning permission and leases. Produce drawings for the Engineering department to use in site design and development. Produce drawings for the Engineering department to use in preparation of contractors for turbine supply and civil and electrical works. Produce drawings for the construction of wind farms. Produce AutoCAD Civil 3D site models to assess gradients and construction footprint earthworks. Manage the control and distribution of both internal and external contractor drawings. . Assesses and supports the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements. Proactively supports, encourages and facilitates staff to engage in continuous improvement activities.; Supervises work of others. Responsible for hiring, discipline, and pay administration of their subordinates (field project managers assigned).

20+ years of combined construction operations and management experience.; Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction.
