We are seeking to interview qualified QA/QC/QE professional to supervise the day to day functions of the Quality function within a high tech component manufacturing organization.
The role will initially concentrate on ensuring that QA issues are resolved and structured processes are in place then will eventually encompass the supervision of line based QA/QC/QE activities.
Your duties will include:
Plan, develop and implement on-going improvement to the quality management system
Establishment and administration of processes for the control of acceptable, quarantined and failed material.
Assist in the establishment of systems where required to ensure every aspect of manufacturing processes are quality controlled.
You will be expected to:
Participate in the qualification of material, special processes, product, equipment, line and manufacturing facility as required. This includes the development and documentation of standard qualification procedures.
Ensure quality system discipline is observed and practised in all production workstations
Maintain testing equipment within calibration, clearly identify the calibration status and keep accurate records of calibration schedule and events
Perform qualification testing on prototypes and samples to
To qualify for interview you should have:
Experience with the use of surface analysis and profiling equipment for incoming mechanical components.
Experience with PCA’s, PCB blanks, Plastic moulded

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR DUBAI

This position is an integral part of the Production Team, ensuring that all activities carried out at the site are compliant with legislative requirements.
You will participate in the development and implementation of national safety initiatives as well as facilitate and conduct regular audits incorporating systems and behaviors.
