Duties will be:
Supporting a complex redundancy and restructure process
Negotiating with trade unions
Reviewing terms and conditions of contracts
Dealing with all queries relating
Organising and leading on all consultations
Managing tribunals and grievance cases following the change project
Solid employment law knowledge and proven experience of working within a redundancy situation is essential. As is the ability to work on your own initiative as you will be the key HR contact on the site.
